Join the Community Team!

Community Team members will be supporting City Year’s mission at San Jose Elementary School again this year. With a $500 donation, you can officially join as a Team Member. Team Members receive benefits like invitations to City Year events and exclusive volunteer opportunities at San Jose.

At each sponsorship level, you will receive additional benefits, including special recognition at our MLK Service Day ($1,000 level), an invitation to our "Bring a Friend" volunteer events ($2,000 level), and correspondence with your own Student Success Coach to keep you informed and connected ($5,000 level).
